– Personal Info: Name, Email, Phone Number, Employee ID, Department
– Attendance Logs: Clock-in/out time, GPS location (if permitted)
– Leave Requests: Leave type, date range, reason
– Device Info: For push notifications and login tracking

We do not collect any sensitive personal data outside of your employment-related information.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly for internal HR purposes, including:

– Displaying your profile and attendance logs
– Processing your leave, overtime, and payroll
– Sending notifications or updates
– Ensuring secure access with role-based permissions

3. Location Data

If enabled, we may collect location data during attendance check-ins to validate your presence.
This data is not shared with third parties and is only accessible to HR administrators.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

– Encrypted communication (HTTPS)
– Secure login (JWT/OAuth2.0)
– Role-based access control (RBAC)

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share or sell any of your personal data to third parties.
All data stays within SV Trucking Co., Ltd. systems for HR operations only.

6. Data Retention

Your data will be retained as long as you are an employee and as required by law or HR policy.
Upon leaving the company, data may be archived securely or deleted after a period of time.

You have the right to:

– View or update your personal data via the SV ESS App dashboard.
– Request deletion or correction of your profile by contacting HR.
– Opt out of location tracking via phone settings, which may affect attendance check-in functionality.

8. Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. You will be notified in-app or via email if changes are significant.
